1、Alginate band –aid dressing is a functional wound dressing with a high absorption capacity,made from alginate fibers extracted from marine organism.When in contact with wound exudates,the dressing can absorb exudates rapidly and then form soft,moist hydrogels on the wound surface.On the other hand,the hydrogels can provide a microenvironment to promote wound healing;on the other hand,they can be separated from the wound surface easily without adhering the wound,causing no pain to the patient.

2、The dressing of chitosan and alginate polyblend band –aid is the company's first wound care products with completely independent intellectual property right (Patent number: ZL201210553968•8 Type of patent: patent of invention), Chitosan and alginate can be blented together in a special process to form wound dressings which has the high absorption, hemostasis and gelling ability of alginate and combines the abilities of chitosan to promote wound healing and inhibit scar. It has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability. Based on the advanced materials, our company has developed five types, namely “waterproof”, “breathable”, “enhanced”, “H shaped” and “pelvic bone shaped”.

Properties and Applications：
